still degree need ?

i have 15 years experience in IT field and 5 Microsoft certifications which is older and expire.

i wonder why still some company expecting the degree i have 2years diploma in IT

Companies are still following old norms. Even start ups, which is strange because a lot of them are started by drop outs.

It's because the management are dumbfucks that don't know any better. Look for a better company to work for.

In IT industry there are some companies who still needed degree but I must say an IT guy with pure experience and having certifcates needs no degree at all, skills and experience is the degree here!
