How to mass DM on Telegram?

Any tips about it? I need to mass DM, but the limits are very low, even with my personal account, I can only dm like 30 people.

New accounts can DM like 3 people and then it's impossible to continue. Very hard, is there any solution to bypass it?

telegram got abused , the account need to be old , try to buy aged accounts , they have better chance to send more dms , althought its not the perfect way .

Because if you want to send lot of dms then you can't handle bulk TG accounts

It depends on the country you are sending to. Each of my accounts can send 30 DMs. You need to use the local country's TG to send DMs to that country.
