The most common method I see on the largest managed accounts is a text reply to media posts with the direct onlyfans link or alternatively a link page like linktree. Of course you have the OF or linktree link in the link section of the bio, and some accounts have a pinned media post with the link included there.

Custom domains or linktrees still work but not without smart implementation. While the platform is supposedly more lenient with this type of content, it doesn't seem to be the case when linking to actual sites of interest where you may actually be hosting said content.

Your comment is really good, we are thinking the same things. No matter how free the X platform is, it is a platform subject to freedom of sharing restrictions.
