Second instance: A game website (browser game)

2 weeks after usage got email saying account is restricted because they "can't verify certain details about the company on the profile".
They told me to upload simple document that says the business name and address to be correct. This had to be done within few days
I notified seller 3 days before deadline.

He said he was not home.
It's all he said, nothing more. I waited thinking he would help when he got home.

I waited 3 days and sent message daily but he didn't respond.
Then he said he don't provide support because warranty after a week is gone.

Note account wasn't disable because of usage, it was disabled because they couldn't verify the document he already sent them / the business details.

Use this seller with caution it seems his verification process is not reliable for longevity.

I always recommend purchasing an account that is verified with documentation. We are not responsible for any issues that may occur outside the warranty period of the account. This was entirely your responsibility because it has been almost 20 days since you purchased the account.

Maybe.

You are not a bad seller.
You gave me what you sold.
You did well in our transaction and was timely when you sold it.

I am, however, disappointed with your service after.
I expected more from you.
You ghosted the issue, and me, for several days. Despite having your status as "online", you knew I had issues with it, you could have told me straight away you didn't cover that support.

Either way, my post was about the accounts not about you as a seller.
