Buying them
Creating them
Staking them

Depending on your risk appetite will depend on the strategy you use.

If you lose $500 already, I assume this was by trading.
What was your knowledge of solana coins and memecoins before starting?

To lose $500 when your just starting is an expensive lesson but a necessary one.

Try reduce your buy size and focus on getting as low of an entry as possible. Be okay with missing out on that specific coin if you don’t get your desired entry.
