Why should I keep an old used IP in google sheets? Once used why do I need to remember it?

You'll want to use your account then when you switch to a new account, rotate the proxy and keep doing so. If you need to run multiple at the same time then you need more mobile proxies

I have 2 proxies and 2 accounts, can I just not use one proxy per one account and not rotate? And what do you mean by fast switches here?

You can just use a URL (If your 4G proxy do it) into the dolphin to change IP every time you want to enter a reddit account

vpn are usually detected and banned by reddit, since march of 2024, hence the proxy usage now. also some super common abused ones are automatically banned from accessing reddit altogether.
