As long as you use a legit middle man its hard to get scammed

If it's a recent post you could try to mass upvote it and then report it for platform manipulation and using bots, it's better to find someone from the Marketplace to do this for you though as if you do it wrong then the slander post will have more upvotes and look more legit.

Right but you won't find that on telegram. If you can find a seller, forcing them to go through middleman on such transactions is a must.
