My website is a SaaS with a few products.

I have an active BST here for one of the services on my website.

Today, I tried to open another BST for another service on my website which covers a different target audience and cannot be promoted via the same BST.
I got my BST rejected with a weird comment related to the fact there that there is another service being sold on my website (the one i already have a bst for).
I have seen many times on BHW people having a few products with a dedicated BST for each product linking to the same website.

Why am i being harassed?

funny enough the second product is free! And its like legit free! I just want people to benefit from it at no cost. But since its a SaaS and it requires an account (even I dont do double opt in) I still have to create a BST to deliver free value according to bhw rules. But even here I am getting troubles.

So, you already have a paid BST, and now you want to create another BST that will be free, but both are linked to the same website. If that's the case, it gives the impression that the free BST is being used to drive traffic to your main website, potentially to upsell your other services.

That's just my opinion....let's wait for the moderator to provide the appropriate response.

It's not unheard of to have many BSTs link to the same site, like the ones @jamie3000 have.
Opening a support ticket would have served you better than opening a thread here and ask if mods are harassing you.
I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I think you can comment on your disapproved BST to ask about these things, if you feel like it should have been approved.

1) You claim in your BST that the service is free; however, on the order page, you are offering a mobile phone for rent (starting from $0.12 per hour). This is a mismatch to your claim in the sales thread. So, your BST was rejected.

This is not a mistake on our part. You must check your sales thread and the order page before you submit it for review.

2) You reported the rejection notice, and we promptly requested that you read it to understand why it was rejected.

3) You could have opened a support ticket, which is an ideal channel to address such queries, rather than publicly complaining about the issue that nobody on the forum but only support staff can help you with.

4) We are here to help and guide you with any issues, not to harass or bother you. We hope this is clear to you now.
