Hi,

I post long-form videos on my YouTube channel and search for other platforms for more monetization revenue.

Thank you!

https://www.patreon.com/ is great if you have a loyal following, as it allows fans to support you directly through memberships. For ad revenue, Vimeo OTT is a solid choice if you want to offer premium content behind a paywall. https://www.twitch.tv/ is awesome if you’re into live streaming and want to earn through subscriptions, donations, and ads.
If you're creating educational content, https://teachable.com/ lets you sell online courses, and https://www.skillshare.com/ can bring in extra income for niche tutorial videos.

Finally, Facebook/Instagram have ad revenue options if you're posting shorter content or live streaming. These platforms give you various ways to diversify and boost your income while reaching a wider audience.

YouTube’s a good start, but don’t rely only on ad revenue. A lot of creators add Patreon or memberships for superfans, and some even build their own video monetization platforms (https://www.vplayed.com/video-monetization-platform.php) with tools like VPlayed to run subscriptions or pay-per-view. It really comes down to whether you want community support or full control over monetization.

That’s a smart move. Alongside YouTube, consider repurposing your long-form content for platforms like Facebook (in-stream ads), TikTok (clips for reach), and even podcast platforms if your content fits. You might also look into publishing on Rumble or using Patreon for fan support.

Look into YouTube Shorts then. Many people will create channels and then post YouTube shorts. If the page is getting good exposure, you can reach out to brands and show them that you are getting this reach and you can work something out that way.
