No, but warmed up accounts are important. Sometimes you need to re-warmup even old accounts to get traffic
If accounts stay untouched for long time, start using them like normal human and then upload

Really just depends on what you do with the account. Could have a large follower account but little views. Just have to find a niche and post frequently
