I didn't have a website when I signed up with Copeac.I didn't IM anyone.Just fired a simple email explaining my methods of promotion and got accepted right away.

And your English sounds fine and dandy.What seems to be the problem in getting accepted?In fact Mike Kongrel the CEO is a member here.You can fire up a PM here or wherever he is ACTIVE.

Well, I wrote an e-mail to Copeac and I got a negative response. I guess 1 year experience is not enough for them.

At this time we are only accepting very experienced publishers into our network. These publishers must have a great deal of CPA experience and must work with several other CPA networks as well. We are also requiring all potential applicants to provide screen shots of the other networks they are currently working with. If you are a qualified publisher and wish to apply to Copeac, then you can send me the necessary screen shots in order to proceed with the application process.
