You would probably need to scrape a lot of pages with a python script then send yourself the list of new posts

You could use bots for mass retweeting, but make sure you don’t overdo it, or you’ll get flagged

Bots are one way to go about it but yeah, relying on them too much more often than not hurts your account long-term. Although for the amount of views you need, organic traffic is going to cost a hefty sum and the returns may vary.
