No, I do not experience this instantly, I have more than one channel and Shorts does not include the video that is not included in the summary, even after weeks. The next 2nd or 3rd video is included in the shorts summary, but there was great effort in the previous ones I published, and it bothers me that they are not included in the summary.

Maybe the video is not optimized and I mean could be heavily edited and that is causing to not perform well or does not have of the requirements to be considered a short, if heavy edited shorts don't work try to make them as the ones that are accepted.
