Hi, I have a biolinks and tools app for creators and I have good users, but I don't like the home page very much. I plan to create a landing page that will be the home and everything else will be the app itself. How can I create a page of this type with this type of fonts and animations in Wordpress? What do you recommend? Elementor?

Yes infact it's build with wordpress and genesis framework.
But you can definitely build it with elementor pro.

It seems like it's built with angular for sure, especially with the 'ng-' prefix for the class names,
+1 for building a similar with Elementor,

OP, There are a ton of WP themes that come with decent demos for similar landing pages,
Just grab something that you like, and make the changes using the supported page builder or/and custom CSS/JS codes,
