Is there a method for upload automation to different platforms?

I want to upload 100s of videos from my YouTube channel to social media pages like TikTok or Instagram. Is there a way to automize this without being detected for spam or being shadow banned on those other websites?

You'll need a https://www.adspower.com/synchronizer tool that can help you operate multiple screens at the same time with just one click.

I always prefer to do it manually as there is a chance platforms will not push your content as much if you are automating the upload

yes, you can check videofission, it's tool that can create mass videos and upload them to bulk social media platforms. here I got its 40% off discount code: GET40OFF, hope it helps.

There are teams that will do this for you.

There are some tools and platforms that allow you to publish in multiple websites at the same time, but I guess it could be flagged as spam, bot or something else that could put your account at risk

Why do you want to do this instead of focusing on quality content?
1 account with valuable content yields more traffic than just spam.

Well my thought process is, that I could repurpose those 100s of videos I have already created and post them to different platforms where there is an audience that's not familiar with my content yet

Quite a few ways to do that, actually. Some SMM panels do this already, no? Or have custom software coded for it so it integrates seamlessly with your existing tools. Whatever the case is, I recommend spacing out the uploads over a 24-hour period than a tighter span of time so you don't instantly get hit with shadowbans and such for spamming. Gonna have to play around the hourly uploads too since different soft rules for different platforms. If you're doing that though and pacing the uploads, it might even be better done manually.

IFTTT or Zapier. These platforms allow you to create "applets" or "zaps" that automate tasks between different services. You could potentially set up a zap to automatically share new YouTube videos to your social media accounts.
