Supposing there are three license types for the same facebook product:

1) Once off payment ($365) for life time license;
2) Once off payment ($199) for one year license;
3) Monthly payment ($49.95) for monthly license;

Which one would you prefer? :confused:

FYI: Because facebook.com is keeping to modify their server side program, a product which works today doesn't mean it will also work tomorrow. So it's very important for a facebook product to keep updating all the time. I think you should know this information before posting your poll. :)

I think it would be nice if you offered all of those options.

I mean, why not???

i think monthly $49,5 payment (3) is not good choice because this product will be use by many noobs that will abuse ffap and spamming everywhere and that's not good for all of us cause fb will make more roadblock to prevent this bot and it's gonna hard for fb marketer and u as the coder eg: photo verification roadblock after everyone abusing account creator, and nobody can easily pass this roadblock until today. both 1 & 2 option is good option. you have to think about your current customer too...cause such cheap monthly price will make everyone can spamming fb like crazy and that's not good at all, but that's just my opinion :)

To fun4uoc and naomy:

Thanks a lot for your comment and suggestion. However, have you noticed that this is a poll thread? :confused:

Yes I did, however, i suggested offering all three and I can't vote for all three so I didn't vote.

yup, i just vote to ur poll, but is okay to give suggestion as ur current customer right :)

Just want to modify the poll to allow multiple votes, however, it seems it doesn't support to modify it. :(

I honestly think you should take the $49.99/month option off of the table. This is only a suggestion, as I understand I have no say-so in the matter, but this is only going to create major headaches for your software, support, for other FFAP users, etc.

It will also force you to update FFAP a lot more often than you currently do now. It might also draw unwanted attention from FB to your software and your team.

I truly cherish your 24/7 live support, but you just might be on the brink of overloading it.

Let me be clear, I could be wrong on all of the points I have made above, but I just thought I would offer up my advice/suggestions.

Thank you for your time and consideration!

Thanks to dellzip and Money Man. However, don't worry about there will be too many users abusing FFAP, we will control the number of our service members. :)

Someone will ask this question sooner or later. But if you ever changed your price model - would that effect your existing customers?

Good question. I am sure some customers who paid full price would become upset. I am not one of these customers, but I am just agreeing with you and putting it out there.

We just add a new monthly price model and don't change the once off price model. So I don't think it effects our exsiting customers. :)

In addition, we are trying our best to make our product to be the best product for facebook marketing. So I believe most of our monthly members will become our life time customers sooner or later. :cool:

I agree with you, but what I think he meant by his question/statement is the fact that people who paid the full price for the lifetime license might get upset that it is now available for $49/month. Some of these customers who might have paid in full could have really used the $49/month option until they could safely afford the lifetime license. They might have put all of their earnings into the full license they purchased.

Please understand, I am not trying to cause controversy, I am just trying to clear up what he meant by his original question/statement. If you do not have any dissatisfied customers, then there is nothing to worry about. ;)

I simple meant this: Would the monthly sub replace the lifetime license. And if it did would existing customers start having to pay a monthly sub.

You have answered that though, so thanks.

I'd probably chose none, and wait about a month or so and read up on reviews and feedack of what people have read.

After i had read up on the reviews i would probably go with a year as it saves alot of money :)

Don't worry about your currently license. You already got the life time license. We will not charge you anymore for all the updates in future. :)

Thank you for clearing that up. I apologize if I misspoke on your behalf. I was only trying to decipher what you may have meant.
