I was going to give a bunch of recommendations, but after loading up the page and being met with that retarded captcha I clicked out of your site instantly. If you want people to care about you and your site treat them with respect and offer them value first. Not allowing your visitors to even be able to read the content on your page unless they go through hell by completing captchas is the 1st thing you should remedy.
So, remove the captcha first!
Second thing, if you used to rank but then you lost ranking after building links it's almost certain that your backlinks have screwed your rankings. Either you've built too many links at once, either the links are too bad (while still too many), either their anchors are bad / overused, etc... it can be any reason, you'll have to audit your situation yourself to figure out what went wrong and fix it. But again, remove the captcha first and then have googlebot revisit the page and check if the rankings re-appear. If they do, you'll know that the captcha was the problem. If the rankings don't re-appear then you can proceed with fixing the backlinks
EDIT: it's also NOT a good idea to show your sites / pages / niches / keywords on this forum. Lots of people (including google themselves probably) around here willing to steal or screw your sites, so remove your site from the post if you care about it. Simply click on the "report" button and ask a moderator nicely to remove your site, or if you can edit your post and remove it yourself if you act within the next 2-3 minutes....
