I was kindly wondering regarding Google PPC if you are promoting directly to an affiliate offer, without your own landing page, could you for instance mask the landing page URL in a iFrame script please such as http://www.affiliateoffer.co.uk/offer3.html with this URL linking direct to an affiliate offer please? If anyone kindly had any thoughts on this i would be forever grateful and thankful it would mean the world to me.

You need to learn how to cloak it. There are lots of cloakers out there: adspect or justcloakit will do.

You can technically use an cloaking tools to mask the URL, but it’s not really a good idea. Google is pretty strict about this, suspension will be inevitable and it will be just matter of time. Use policy compliant landing page instead of direct linking. What’s your offer niche? Some networks and offers are more lenient with direct linking than others. (If you decide to go with cloaking, you can try with affordable tools like cloaking.house or hoax.tech)
