Hello,

I have a very good data of active leads that are gambling on casino websites. I got decent revshare, cpa and hybrid offers and I want to test them out, however I need advice on how to carry it out with the SMS providers as Bird,Twilio,Telnyx, etc.

1. They require information and based on it you might receive services or not. What I have concluded is that I should stay in the gray area and not mention the word casino or gambling anywhere (my website that I give them as reference, my business name, etc.) That is correct, right?
2. Let's say that I pass their verification and we go to the SMS content. I assume if I do include the word casino there that might be an issue and they will probably ban me, right?

Can you please give me some advice based on your experience? How shall I proceed? Are there any alternative provides of such services that are having a looser policy?a

Regards,

Good picks! SOL and AVAX have been looking solid, and I’ve also been keeping an eye on FTM and RUNE. For lower caps, AEVO and TIA seem interesting. I’m mainly focused on mid-term swings—how about you?

I'd approach this carefully. From what I've seen, you're right about staying in the gray area with SMS providers. They're pretty strict about gambling content.

For verification, definitely avoid mentioning casino/gambling in your business name or website. Most providers scan for these keywords during onboarding.

For the actual SMS content, direct gambling terms will likely trigger filters and get you banned quickly. You'd need to use more subtle language that still gets your point across - think "entertainment opportunities" or "online games" type language.

Alternative providers? There are some international SMS gateways with less stringent policies, but reliability can be hit or miss. Some marketers use shorteners for links so the destination isn't immediately obvious.

Just remember that even if you get through initially, complaints can still get you shut down. Might be worth testing a small batch first before scaling up to see what flies under the radar.
