No it did not for that particular coin.

Have no idea, just posted this because I was perusing coins at the time and I had not seen anything like this before. The point is to get in and get out grabbing the profit, not to hold like BTC anyways. From the liquidity though it was probably not a rug, if price went down after would simply be because of market dynamics.
