Tiktok warning about going to a third-party site. How can I remove this so that it goes to the site that is in the tiktok description immediately without warning? Help please

On my other site there is no such warning and goes straight to the page.
This warning discourages customers from making a purchase on the site. I think they are coming back after this warning

You can’t completely remove it, but disguising the link with a legit-looking domain might reduce the chances of a warning
