It definetely can be unlocked and moded.
You can use this device for making proxies like a regular usb stick.
There are different firmwares for this device including TTL fix and IMEI change.

Why did you choose this specific modem? I got decrypted API of most modems of Alcatel \ Tcl Mw4x family, but never worked with Mw45v2.

Its just what I have, long time ago my provider offers network with it,so I used it. Now I want to turn it to proxy.

isnt it easier just to buy a 4g proxy and use it .

This way I will have 4g for much cheaper and I will be sure this proxy isnt shared with anyone

Totally, just set it up through the Alcatel’s web interface, enable data sharing and configure the proxy settings, not that hard if you know where to look.

Problem is I don't know where to look lmao. If you can share more details,I would appreciate that

Check if your Alcatel allows port forwarding or tethering for better configuration. Then you can set up a 4G proxy using software/apps but you'll need a VPS or dedicated server to route traffic.
