building highly targeted opt in list with facebook?

so lets say (for sake of example) you have a lead gen offer for mesothelioma lawsuits that pays $100/lead for a 1 page submit.. these lead gen offers are usually "email only"...

now lets say i go on facebook and grab everyone from pages like this xxx.facebook.com/home.php?#!/meso?ref=ts (sorry i cant post urls yet...............)

(in practice of course, you'd either find a much larger related group, or choose a different topic and a different offer that you can find bigger pages for)

now you invite all those people to your page that basically says something like:

"suffering from mesothelioma? we can help. click here to receive a free information email."

you'd have an opt in form set up etc on the "click here page"... then you send them back some general info on mesothelioma lawsuits, and at the end you'd have a link to the lead gen offer thats basically for them to get their case reviewed by a lawyer for free...

anyone see anything wrong with this method? i've never built my own lists so im not sure what legally has to happen for a person to be "opted in" other then have them agree to a bunch of terms...

There is definitely nothing wrong with this, and yes, this is how the pros do it.
