best niches would be entertainment related ones, celeb news, viral videos about youtubers etc, for example videos like "why jake paul is the most hated youtuber" etc kind of channels. TBH any niche works as long as you can add the factor of curiosity in the video so that viewers will click the video.

You should do a google search for related topics with high search volume and then make videos on that topic.

I will recomend you to continue in the same nche gaming but another game, just change it slowly so you don't have to start from scratch but if you don't really mind, police body cams, dash cams crashes, series higlights like frases, jokes funny and serious moments I being noticing those are poping off
