As profesional service provider, U must keep all your customer update no matter what i,e by personally PM to update yr customer.
Not by expecting yr customer keep on waiting without any update...U expect them to keep checking the thread when job promised is not completed?
As far as the customer who has PAID, they expect to get the task delivered in timely manner as promised & customer comes first.
If failed due to what so ever reasons, customer have the right to ask for refund.
Anyway, since WyzoMarketing has refund the money, pls close this case
