If it is a program where do I get it?

I have servers, I have a 50mb connection.

Is this something I can do myself and not pay for?

Why cant I just buy a copy of Xrumer and build my own server for it?

i have the same question also.
seems like was a paid program for some time ago and then have turned private (maybe for the "pirates"?) witch selling only blasts.
maybe i'm wrong,it's what i have understand cause some people seems to have the actual program.
someone with more knowledge lets help more
