So, when you register/log into the acc on that device it knows that it is same as before. So for example if you log into the new account made from PC to mobile app, reddit will see that you have been previously banned on that phone and will flag/ban your new account too.

Reddit has several ways to detect if a user has multiple accounts, primarily through digital fingerprints. These fingerprints include details like your IP address, device information, and browser settings..

Try Using a Proxy or VPN.
Also Creating Separate Chrome Profiles might helps.

To avoid a Reddit ban on a new account, focus on engaging in positive and respectful discussions, follow subreddit rules, gradually increase activity, avoid spam and inflammatory content, and be mindful of your commenting style and karma; essentially, act like a genuine user and not a bot trying to game the system; new accounts often face extra scrutiny, so building a good reputation early on is crucial.

How to Avoid Reddit New Bans

To avoid Reddit bans, follow these below tips:

Read and follow subreddit rules carefully before posting. Avoid spamming, excessive self promotion, or sharing prohibited content. Stay respectful in discussions: avoid hate speech, or trolling. Be mindful of subreddit specific content policies and dont engage in vote manipulation or brigading. Use unique, thoughtful posts to add value to the community. Finally keep your account in good standing by avoiding frequent bans and maintaining a positive reputation site wide.

The first basic step is to use a proxy to avoid problems with new accounts

Delete everything tied to old accounts, go stealth mode: new proxies, incognito tools, the works.

I recommend you to use proxy + antidetect browser. Should make your expirience much better.

you need an anti-detection browser and a proxy for a geo account

managing multiple Reddit accounts without facing bans requires careful operation.
You need to Follow Subreddit Rules, Spread out your posts and interactions, Avoid patterns like upvoting your own content or posting identical messages and Isolate Your Accounts.
and use some tool like anti-detect browser or cloudphone + ip

To avoid new bans, follow these steps:
  1. Follow Guidelines – Stick to platform rules to avoid detection.
  2. Use Aged Accounts – New accounts get flagged easily.
  3. Rotate IPs & Devices – Avoid using the same IP for multiple accounts.
  4. Limit Automation – Keep actions human-like and gradual.
  5. Diversify Content – Avoid repetitive patterns that trigger bans.
  6. Monitor Activity – Track warnings and adjust strategies quickly.

ban evasion will result in all your linked accts getting banned, i had accts banned similarly, but it was due to a temp ban, and not a ban evasion one, but when they temp ban it triggered some filter that detected the other accts that commented on previously block subs(its different because reddit was extra aggressive in banning many accounts, if you look on other sites people have been reporting being banned from multiple accts, and some did not violate any rules too.) this month they have been going hard after everyone.

it usuall works if you avoid the same communities, but if any of your new accounts accidentally comments on a banned sub your accts will get immediately flagged, especially if you are doing it from the same device, browser or isp/IP.

spamming, arguing with another user, or trying to contradict someone in a volatile sub, like politics for example will cause some users to become nosey and look at yuor acct, and check for any botting history, they usually report as well, simply because they dont like your comment. i deleted all my accts except one, i use an extension to delete all the posts.comments before deleting the account.

problematic subs, are usually the ones in the front page when you first login avoid those. politics, news, law, technology, are hot topics right now. also politics adjacent subs. also dont engage in reporting other users, just delete your comment and move on, reporting people attracts unwanted attention from the mods, and can get you banned for "report abuse".

some subs can auto-remove your comment, if you dont fit thier certain thresholds, this can label your acct as spam "hidden from you" but admins/mods will notice it.

also suggest waiting a while before making a new account or commenting, if you were freshly banned.
