Netflix + Adsense + Email Marketing = Ban?

I collect about 1000 emails a day. If I start marketing to these, will my REAL Adsense account likely get banned?

Go to the Netflix affiliate agreement, ctrl-f "email" and "e-mail".\

I believe that they do forbid adsense to copyrighted words and emailing in general.

Absolutely, as it is considered " unsolicited advertising/selling " by the offline market standards, as the ads are placed infront of the person without their opinion or choice in having to look at the material/being exposed to it.

That is the offline world coming into play against the online marketing world.

Netflix is an offline business and responsible for respecting all of those brick and mortar store laws in that regard. They are an offline company that works through a mail order request system and merely use a website as the automated ordering/processing system...They are NOT a website company.

Hope this sheds some light on the matter.
