Since you're an affiliate making $3 per install, a PPI network can amplify your profits to $1-2 per install if their CPI is lower than what you're spending (ideally $1-2 per install). They'll promote your product through their channels and only charge you for the install, yes, but you're the one paying them to drive traffic, not the other way around. Your 30K Google account can help here (e.g. create a profile to increase initial installs), but the reach of the network will make it scale much faster.
