Best way to cloak Google Crypto campaign

Hello, I'm completely new to running ad campaigns and this will be my first attempt at it, to my knowledge I can use a cloaker and have the ad for example Amazon. Com and then a redirect to another page like amazon.forums (purely example) I want the viewers to see the first page which will be crypto, are crypto ads allowed on Google? Saw something about uniswap having ads how was that done? Also need help with the keyword selection. So to recap I want my white page to be shown to viewers and also Google and I want them redirected to my money page, I won't have access to the white page for index files
