Blackhat involves hacking/identity theft/cheque fraud. You gotta get a better dictionary. It's just that Blackhatworld has moved away gradually from the Blackhat Marketing Model to a Whitehat one. I would like to emphasis on the word marketing.

To the OP, I have experience something similar in UK with another pizza firm, i think what they are asking for is really required for them as a business, but its like..., ermmm keep the pizza. I will cook from frozen tonight
