How to block a YouTube scammer? He posts deceptive deals and scams hundreds of people and my friend fell for it, I wouldn't want others to lose this money

just reporting and also your friend reportiing and the reason and how he got scammed, if is something valid they will take action otherwise you just have to wait and if more people fall for it is unfortunate but you can't save them all.
