Thesis Theme Editing Tutorials?

I have a simple... yet difficult for me to grasp for some reason, request. I need my Thesis theme to look at least in a color scheme sort of way like this.

Header Blue
Right Sidebar Orange
Footer Blue
Content White

I imagine that I can use the custom CSS file and customize it but it says in there that I need to declare things in like body class ="classname" but... I have no idea where to edit the body and such as there aren't any template files that I have found like a normal Wordpress template.

Thanks to those resources I got it all the way I want it... tricky template, but from what I hear the SEO value is worth it.
