How many X (Twitter) accounts from one device and from one IP?

Twitter allows up to 5 accounts per device / IP address. If you want to create more accounts (20-30), you will need to look into using different IP addresses through proxies or VPNs while ensuring compliance with Twitter's policies to avoid bans.

Use anti-detect browsers and rotating/ residential proxies if you're rich. You can create as many Twitter accounts as you want, but I think it will verify the phone.

With one IP and your current setup (PC, laptop, and smartphone), you might be able to create up to 3-5 accounts per device before Twitter/X starts flagging suspicious activity. However, for managing 20-30 accounts, you’ll need either additional static proxies (1 proxy per account is ideal) or a high-quality residential proxy service to avoid bans or restrictions.

You should look into an anti detect browser and Static ISP Proxies for each of the accounts to ensure that if one gets banned they all don't get banned

One IP on each of those platforms, I would say the upwards of 5 or so. Depending on how you go about it, there could be more or likely even less. I'd recommend just buying accounts, but with only one IP, that's gonna be a waste. Invest on residential IPs (mobile proxies, in particular but your pick), use them on top of anti-detection browsers, and access the accounts with a well thought out plan. Also, try to fan out the account creations over the day or so instead of all at once unless you're set up for that.

Best to use just 1 proxy for an account or 2 maximum but is depend on how much you push these, up to 5 may still be fine if you don't do a lot many actions on them . Personally if you plan to use these accounts to do like bunch of actions use 1 account/ip and use mobile proxies and antidetect browser

I use static residential, rotating residential, mobile proxies, and datacenter proxies.
Choose based on your purpose and budget.
For long-term social accounts, private static residential is best. For me, proxies must be private and fast.
Rotating and mobile proxies are expensive, charged by GB.
Datacenter proxies are cheaper but have many blacklists. Type “check blacklist proxy” on Google for details.
I see you mentioned sticky proxies. I don't know which service you use or how long the sticky duration is, but it's usually not more than 24 hours. For my purpose and budget: static > sticky > rotating.
