I want a 24 hour test window

We're hosted on the enterprise data centres network in New York and have whitelisted IP addresses for all the use cases.

I had a bad experience with this hosting provider. Initially, I wanted to upgrade my RAM from 8GB to 16GB.
The customer service said it would take a few hours. However, after waiting for 8 hours, I contacted them again, and they said I had to wait another 24 hours for my server to be reactivated due to some issue with their node, which I honestly don’t even understand.
The 24-hour wait is counted after the 8 hours I spent waiting and after I paid the RAM upgrade invoice!
But seriously, waiting 24 hours? That’s ridiculous!
Their ticketing system is terrible; there’s no response for hours.
Now it’s been 10 hours, and my server is still not back to normal. Customer service isn’t replying to my chats either.
As we all know, we need servers to run SEO tools, where everything from proxies to captcha solvers is rented monthly.
Be cautious if you’re considering this hosting provider. You wouldn’t want to experience the same frustrating situation I’m dealing with.
