What am I doing wrong?

I have a faceless inspiration/life lessons channel that has 3 videos but only 1 one of them has 9 views, the rest has 0:

I wonder if there's something wrong I am doing, seeing that people start getting a lot better results in this type of niche. To be very frank, I think the quality of my latest video is pretty good, over 5 mins, lots of effects, nice music and message...

The images/videos are AI, but I edit myself. The voice is from Elevenlabs.

Have you done proper keyword research? On a topic that has low competition but high volume?

Or you just picked random topics and did the video? If it's the latter, you're going to have to be consistent for a very long time before you see good results. 3 videos created and you expected some results?

Google knows that they are just the same mindless ai crap that everyone is pumping out with the same tools your using to get rich. Hoping that minimum effort === maximum reward. I prefer to make original viral meme animations, and I get thousands of views on some videos and mostly hundreds on the others. I can totally understand why I have 10+ watch hours on 10 second clip that is a month old, and you have what you have. Its a different mind set when it comes to content creation that we both have. I go out my way to find the hard ideas, and make them work. You look for the easiest and can't understand why its not working.

I use eleven lab voices from another provider, so it's definitely not that, also my backgrounds for most of my animations are ai. Make what the people want to watch. Just cause you made it doesn't mean people will care though, you have to grab attention.

Focus on consistent posting, improving thumbnails, and optimizing titles/descriptions with trending keywords to attract viewers in a competitive niche.

I've used blender to make a couple, but right now I'm using adobe animate instead. Most of them are not 10 seconds they are a few minutes, I have shorts that hit 5k views with 10 seconds or so too. Normally I chop up an an animation into shorts and upload them while I work on the final thing.

Blender is the way to go if you have the discipline to learn such a skillful taking software product, and $0 bucks to spare. But if you want to just draw, and animate, and can afford it, then I prefer and recommend animate.

You have to be original these days to make it work.

I'm using Leonardo to make images and animate them. It's a mix of long and short clips of the long ones.

Manga can be original ofc but the way you create the video is important.
So don't use the same apps and or voices such kind of things. That way it won't look like all the others,

3 videos isn't enough to judge whether your videos are good enough or whether it will work with viewers, you need to give it a good 1-2 months of consistent grind of uploads, yes some channels may perform with just 1-2 videos but 95% of channels don't, youtube algorithm takes a few weeks to recognize a channels patterns and start suggesting them to new viewers, what you need to focus on is ctr and retention, both of them if they aren't above 50% you have to experiment with your content.

Next thing is to focus on trending or interesting content.

Note- Btw the channels that you see getting high views can also be using promotional methods. Everybody knows the power of boosting social media content and you can try it too.
