Adsense approval these days is strict, you need high quality content with high human score, pure AI content wont get approved on adsense easily, you need good indexing rate on google, and proper site structure, best approach is to have lengthy article on homepage 2000+ words. get home, privacy, contact, and at least 3 categories on your main header menu, make sure the breadcrumbs are shown properly, this approach helps me get approve easily

And you have long paragraphs content on homepage, if indexing is good, it should get approved, try adding more content on homepage or change style of homepage

It is easy if you have original content and the site is getting some traffic from google.

I create content with AI and little human touch to get everything is green with rankmath, i use image from pexels to avoid copyright. So maybe the issue is my website template? If yes, any suggestions what's hte best WordPress template to get approval?

There is no trick to get approval. Follow their rules and this will increase chances of approval. Like your site should have manually created articles . There should not be any AI content on the site.

Pure YouTube theories, etc... The truth is that I have managed to get websites approved on Adsense with just 1 article. Without original content or anything nicely designed.
What the approval bot wants is something else.
