I have been in the parasite seo and use many methods to find the one. Recently I stumble upon one method other people are using to rank in google.

The url looks like this:

https://westmont.illinois.gov/Admin/FormHistory.aspx?SID=341&fileName=filename.pdf

I tried searching the method to do the same but couldn't fine the option to upload the files. Does anyone have any idea about it?

it's widely common and has been used/abused for years with hacks (CPA), movies, etc... types of niches,
it falls under the bh section (not bh SEO, hacking basically), and not allowed to discuss in bhw

Its something to do with hacking and with little effort of decent backlink blast that's the resulhere today's my first day so I don't wanna kick off lol

These methods are not shared in public you can find someone offering these as a service and then offer them X times amount to reveal the method.

My methodology for finding a file upload opportunity is the following:

1) Find an uploaded pdf to target - you've already done this in this case.
2) Try and find possible upload forms on the target domain via Google, so a search like this may get you some targets:

site:westmont.illinois.gov upload

3) If you find any forms with a file upload field using this search, open up your dev tools in chrome and set it to watch network traffic. Then fill in the form with some dummy values and attempt to upload a pdf. Keep an eye on the requests going on when you do so, and check any returned data for clues to what path the file ends up in. Comparing data to the original pdf you found can help with this.
4) Have a set amount of time to play around with each form. Don't obsess over it and move on to something else if you're not having any success.

i dont think this platform (civicplus) is doable any more. all the urls i can harvest that have a similar path now all require authentication to view the pdf. rip
