Hostmywarez FTP problem!!

[Evan257]

When I enter my ftp login info into cyberduck it connects successfully but no files show up!
How do I properly setup an FTP account on hostmywarez so my public_html file shows up and I can start uploading wordpress?

I googled this and found out I need to use the original FTP information that my webhost gave me? How do I access this?

Sorry Im a complete idiot with webhosting.
