The margin is totally related to your country origin, where you are selling your proxies and how much is your setup - monthly costs.

There's no fixed margin

many things you need to take in consideration, employees, locations, devices, mobile or residential, infrastructure to keep your servers or phones, electricity, repair or buy damage devices, electricity bill and soo on, if there are frequent electricity outages each country is different and many factors can affect, try to add what you need to start your bussines to get an idea but there is not a exact ammount some will need more some less to make a profit.
