Hello,
I created 2 TikTok accounts a few years ago (about 2 years or so) and haven't used them since then

but yesterday I decided to mess with them by promoting some affiliate links. I started uploading several videos in one day. The first 5 started getting views and likes, but I didn't know it and I uploaded about 25 videos. After the first 5 videos got a few views, the following ones barely got any views mostly got 0 views, so I think I am shadow banned.

I researched about shadow bans on TikTok and saw a lot of people saying that this is temporary. After a few weeks, you start getting views again. It's recommended for new accounts to not upload more than 4 or 5 videos per day and to increase the number of videos over time, depending on how many people follow you. Is this true?

Is there any way to get rid of this shadow ban faster? I tried to push 2 of my videos to see if the shadow ban would go away, but it didn't work. Please help me, thank you.

sorry my english, not my language

To recover faster, pause posting for a few days, delete underperforming videos, engage with other users content, and focus on uploading high-quality, engaging videos, no more than 4-5 per day.

ok thanks

I once had an account with ~50k followers and 1.9M likes (27M views). I started it just like everyone else, did some selfie videos, not giving a care if it got any views. But when I decided to post video games, it quickly gained attention and since then, the views were distributed quite awesome.

You should delete those 0-view videos and wait a few days before uploading the videos

really ? did you tryed this for yourself? I saw some people saying that deleting any video can be bad for the algorithm

Well maybe you should upload your videos also on youtube shorts ,instagram ,fb reels ,twitter ,pinterest .You should never depend on just 1 single traffic source

You’ve uploaded too many videos in a short period, which likely triggered a shadowban. Unfortunately, there are no quick tricks to remove a shadowban, it requires patience. During this time, consider creating new TikTok accounts and gradually start uploading videos to keep your content strategy moving forward.

Remove the 0 view videos and start engaging with other accounts for about 3 days. After that, re-upload your content, but this time go slowly post one video every 2 days. This strategy works best for fresh, white-hat videos, not reused or BH content.

Yes remove 0 view videos but dont delete them. Just put on private. Try to stay consistent with HQ content and good hashtags.

update: it seems that the shadow ban has been lifted, I've been able to gain some views and likes normally so far, I'm being more careful with uploads, I post 1 video every 5 hours or so, some videos I make from scratch, others I reuse from other users, my most successful video so far has almost 64 likes and 500 views, I know it's not much, but it's a start for those who until recently had videos stuck at 0 views

need to study the best time to gain most engagements first by uploading 3-4 times daily for start and after a week you should know the best time to post for engagements
thanks

Stop posting for few days. delete all previous post. After few days upload regular. You will get engagements.

It’s possible that your account is temporarily shadow-banned due to uploading too many videos too quickly. The best way to recover is to take a break from posting for a few days, and then gradually increase your posting frequency over time. Consistently engage with your audience and follow TikTok’s community guidelines to avoid further issues.

Maybe because the account is inactive, suddenly there is a large number of videos so it is considered abnormal.
You should delete videos with poor interaction, focus on replying to comments, interacting with the audience on popular videos and post videos slowly every day so as not to be suspected by tik tok.

Make unwatched videos private and invest in producing high-quality content, while using hashtags effectively.

Honestly, a real Shadowban on TikTok is not usually temporary. Don't waste time on an account that is shadowbanned.

Yeah, it’s a common issue. TikTok tends to flag accounts that suddenly post a ton of content after being inactive for so long, it looks spammy to the algorithm. Just slow down 1-3 posts a day, mix up content, engage a bit, and it should clear in a couple weeks.
