Hi, before the PR update you need to wait for google and it would be difficult to notice whether the increase in PR is thanks to my service (probably) or not.
What you can easily notice is the Increase in SERPs... however how much/how, nobody knows search engines algorithm... but there are success stories concerning SERP if you look back in this thread.

The package and the links which you are providing are these will be homepage links? or just provide inner page backlinks like profile and blog comments etc? How much they will be helpful for sure they will be helpful for increasing the pagerank if they will be directly home page links. I am interested so please explain me.

The PR that you see on the packages is the actual PR of the pages where your URL will appear :)
For sure they are helpful to increase PR... but what you are looking for is increase SERP isn't it??
