Suspended X account

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience in getting their X account unsuspended? The other day my account was suspended, and when I appealed it, It got declined with the reasons being:


We don’t allow the following behaviors on X:

• Creating serial and/or multiple accounts with overlapping uses
• Evading a suspension by creating or using another account
• Cross-posting posts or links across multiple accounts
• Aggressive following, particularly through automated means

Replies to this email will not be reviewed as this decision will not be reversed.

But I literally haven't done any of these things. I only have a couple X accounts (Business and personal). They suspended my business account. Never used any automated means or aggressive following. Never evaded suspension etc etc. Seems like a mistake to me. I have appealed a few times but just get the same response. Any advice would be appreciated!

It will be hard to get assistance from them...same as FB, IG and other major social media platforms, their support service sucks

That happened to me too.
No reasons given, and I never did something that broke the rules.

I just think it's pointless to dedicate more time marketing on Twitter. The good thing is I still have my blue badge and I can find content using pro.x.com to filter out most liked content on other accounts.

Just try and process an appeal again and see how that goes. Based on experience though, it'll be no use after the first few denials if it's already been reviewed by a human and still get rejected. You might want to take into consideration your connection side if you're using automation, proxies or VPNs, etc. since that plays a part. Either wait it out or if it's permanent, seriously consider getting an aged account. Man, that bites.

X is so dead after all this Musk downward spiral. I wont invest more time growing a network that works as a personal blog for the biggest asshole in the world.
I think decentralized networks such as Mastodon will thrive eventually.

I’ve seen cases like this before where X mistakenly flags accounts for violations that weren’t actually committed. Since their appeals system is mostly automated, repeated appeals often get the same response. You might want to try appealing from a different device or network, and also check if your business account was linked to any third-party tools. Sometimes, there are alternative recovery methods that can work—feel free to DM me if you need more insight.

I think the reason is using multiple x accounts on same browser/ip. Is this right? Because if you said you use a couple of them ...... this may be the reason
