Where do you submit your Guest post for free ?

You can share your guest post for free on high-quality websites like Medium, HubPages, and LinkedIn's publishing platform.

not many sites offer free guest posts, and those that do, usually link out to other quality sites so you'd have to be pretty based in your niche to get others to link back to you for free 
You can find quality guest posting sites using these operators courtesy of @The SEO , but like I said, most sites that you find might not allow you to get links from them for free:

And in all honesty, free guest posting sites are used by everyone for all sorts of weird or shady niches (adult, warez, pharma, gambling, etc) and if you have a good site (in gardening niche, for example) you don't want google to see your site on those abused sites, so don't use free guest posting sites if you care about your site. You can use other link building sources that are free (article directories, forums, etc), just not guest posting sites. Just my opinion, you are free to do as you please of course, but then don't wonder why you get penalized

I generally target niche blogs or small authoritative sites that accept guest posts in exchange for exposure rather than links

Free guest posting opportunities are quite rare these days, requiring extensive research and significant time investment. However, there are still many free Web 2.0 properties available for backlink opportunities. Unfortunately, they also have problems with nofollow links and indexing.

No, free platforms are generally not as effective as paid guest posts on niche authority sites for SEO.
