U.S. president-elect Donald Trump on Saturday said

he would "most likely" give TikTok a 90-day reprieve from a potential ban in the United States after he takes office on Monday.

"The 90-day extension is something that will be most likely done, because it's appropriate," he told NBC in an interview. "If I decide to do that, I'll probably announce it on Monday."
Also on Saturday, the White House called a threat by TikTok to shut down in the U.S. on Sunday without a new statement from the Biden administration to assure Google, Apple and other companies a "stunt."
"We have seen the most recent statement from TikTok. It is a stunt, and we see no reason for TikTok or other companies to take actions in the next few days before the Trump administration takes office on Monday," White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said.
"We have laid out our position clearly and straightforwardly: actions to implement this law will fall to the next administration. So TikTok and other companies should take up any concerns with them."

Idea was simple, to buy TikTok, but Bejing said "Check" and refused sales xD

I have many guys from India who learned. It's just additional layer to bypass except normal TikTok targeting, you need to bypass goverment ban and that's all.

but so is it offline globally for everyone right now? i cannot seem to hit the main web url with any vpn locations, obviously im not using usa locations. i was in middle of downloading vids but wast interrupted by it. yes im an idiot for waiting until last minute here doh

might be a 'clean' process right now since the tech part of shutting down/blocking a whole country might be a challenge in itself so im assuming the USA/Chinese techs are doing the best they can? idk

About 1hr ago i tried with usa location vpn and it showed landing page about tiktok being banned in the usa and hoping trum.p can save them blah blah. then i switch vpn location to UK location and it loaded and i continued downloading. soon after, it stopped working but now it is giving this error:

i havent tried using anti-detech browser too lazy to check right now but i guess i should not be surprised to learn that they probably know i am in usa using vpn. the bastards collect any all data the cocksuckers

my previous message is 'awaiting moderator approval....' but, actually, can confirm that using vpn is no no, tiktok will detect it and block you. i just confirmed this by using residential UK based proxy/IP instead of vpn and tiktok loaded just fine
