Dear friends,

I have a problem with bans on Instagram. I’m reposting my own branded content, and I usually upload the same video to 10 accounts logged in on an iPhone. I’ve been doing this on 4 phones at the same time, each with different content. But now IG has started limiting me, and on 70-80% of the accounts, I’ve received this "ban," which means I have to delete over 10 reels or tag the original creator. The problem is, I have no idea which of my 10 accounts to select as the original. I can also submit an appeal, but that never works.

Do you have any solutions or suggestions for how to approach this issue?

Are you not editing them a bit or changing their ids/hashes etc? Maybe use some reposting tool which automatically does it for you.

no it's exactly the same, but I've been doing it for over 6 months and haven't had any issues before. I guess IG changed

They just catch up. Edit the videos, remove metadata as well!

So your take would be to create 10 different sligtly different videos, but do you think they need to vary a lot? also do you know if is there any way to lift the suspensions without removing the reels, I already tried deactivating account for 72h and appealing

NO, delete/archive the posts amd move on.

No need for big editing, just a little: remove metadata, add a bit of filter, decrease length and post

This part is simple, you choose the strongest one, the one that gets the most reach and has the most followers. Now you treat that one as the mother account and always post there first, don't do anything dodgy with it. As others have said you don't need to massively edit but it's best to adjust to their automatic filters so the other accounts don't appear as reposters. However by designating one account as the original ahead of time you're not caught off-guard next time their filters change.

I tried marking one account as a collaborator for all the reels on one of the phones, and it actually lifted the suspension. I thought it was more about which account I uploaded the post first, not the one with the highest reach. I'll test it out on the other accounts

I'm not saying that instagram doesn't care which account posted first. I'm saying to take the one with the most reach and make that the one you post to first going forward.

Then if you get blocks on your accounts again you'll know who to point everyone to and you'll be strengthening that account even more. That said you should also try to make the videos less recognizable as the same one by instagram's filters so you're never blocked in the first place.

I also got this on my theme pages,so I deleted those reels then the reach and followers went up again, its not much of a big deal, just delete those content or tag the original poster.
