Laravel script issues

Please I need help!
First Admin I apologize if am posting in the wrong place.
Please am trying to install a script but am facing a challenge of it going back to the beginning of installation after it has been successfully installed.
Can anybody help me?
It is PHP script laravel particularly.

rename install directory or rename install.php file

if still problem persist then go to your cPanel and remove server cache or if you have WordPress site then remove cache from wp-admin.

Please give me some detailed information, What kind of script and the script was working fine and you made some changes and went back to the installation state? it is too much confusing.

it is in hpanel that is hostinger it is a script called stripcard
