Hello Everyone,

I want to know if we create a page on facebook related to our site theme and link it to our site. After that if people start to like that page, then does it helps to improve site rankings??

Thanks

I will think about getting visitors from my fan page then any improvement in SERP. Anyway i believe it can help when you create fan page because of backlink... Once lots of people started liking that page it get it's own authority and your backlink from this page gives you more link juice...

..

But that will be a nofollow link.. so, does the Big G count it as a link??

does all this nofollow and **************** really matter anymore?

I don't follow?

LOL. ;) Ok, terrible... shoot me...

Personally, I don't care about nof0ll0w and dof0ll0w... But I play in a space where I need a minimum of a quarter million inbound links that are decent to compete in terms of PageRank. The only way you get that many good ones is organically. At some point you will need a decent website with good content to take it to the next level if you are hoping to last over years and years. The gap from PR6 to PR7 is a bitch... I don't know of any shortcuts to bridge that gap and last. Well, maybe 1, but well see in 9 months if it works... See my google psych-out thread if you want more details on that experiment.
