Non PVA's and PVA's? What can non PVA's do that PVA's can't?

If they are non-PVAs, as long as they are aged (three weeks ideally), there is no difference IMO. PVAs are good for creating fan pages with though.

you cant creat APPS with non-pva accounts also

PVAs should last longer and are not banned so fast but in my test it was no difference between them.

PVAs do not completely solve the captcha issue. If your wall post contains a link, you are going to be prompted for captcha no matter what; PVA or not. IMO, aged non-PVAs are just as good as the PVAs themselves.
