Detect proxies

As a file host, how are we able to detect proxy traffic? We already have cloudflare. Is it a setting on cloudflare?

I believe cloudflare block abused proxies/ips by default. In addition you can enable bot fight mode (or whatever it's called). There is also many public databases that report abused ips and bot behavior. But for a legit person using a clean proxy there is nothing you can do about.

Like what? Was trying to use a "Managed Challenge" with cloudflare, but it doesn't work through iframe embeds, which is where most of the traffic comes from
